Terms of Service
Last updated: July 31, 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Anyra, Inc. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Orbit is an AI-assisted outreach CRM operated by Anyra, Inc.(“Anyra”, “we”). AI-generated research and messages are aids, not facts: verify contact details and claims before acting on them. You remain responsible for every message you send.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and using Orbit for business purposes. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity in your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Use Orbit only for lawful, business-to-business outreach and comply with applicable communication and data-protection laws (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) and the terms of the platforms you contact people on.
- Honor opt-outs and erasure requests from the people in your workspace. Orbit gives you the tools; acting on them is your obligation.
- No harassment, spam floods, or deceptive messaging.
- No consumer marketing, and no special-category personal data.
- No attempts to access other workspaces’ data.
- No reselling the service, scraping it, or using it to build a competing product.
Ownership
You own your workspace data. We own Orbit itself — the software, interface and underlying models of how it works — and nothing here transfers that to you. You grant us only the permission needed to host and process your data in order to run the service.
Credits & billing
AI operations consume prepaid credits at rates estimated before each run and metered against actual usage. Subscriptions release their included credits monthly (including on annually billed plans); unused credits roll over while the subscription is active. Additional credits can be purchased as prepaid packages — there is no automatic overage billing, ever.
- Forfeiture. Credits (included and purchased) are usable only with an active subscription. When your subscription ends — by cancellation, non-payment, or workspace deletion — remaining credits are forfeited without refund. Resubscribing to the same workspace restores any remaining recorded balance.
- No refunds. Credit-package purchases are final and non-refundable. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law; cancelling stops renewal and keeps access until the end of the paid period.
- Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods and will give at least 30 days’ notice by email.
- Complimentary access may be granted at our discretion and revoked at any time.
- Chargebacks. Opening a payment dispute suspends workspace access until it is resolved.
Your data
You can export your companies, contacts and messages as CSV at any time, and delete your workspace permanently from Settings → Account. See the Privacy Policy for how data is processed and how long it is kept.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Orbit at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or that has an unresolved payment dispute. Where circumstances allow we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep Orbit available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free output. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Anyra, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above will change and we will notify account holders by email before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Orbit after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
